Report of activities 2022
2022 turned out to be a financially bad year after an excellent 2021. The stock exchanges were negatively impacted by the outbreak of the Ukrainian – Russia war. That made the markets very unstable. The board convened once in a meeting with the new CDI Fund manager at Optimix. Discussions are underway to change the portfolio in a more sustainable oriented portfolio without loss of profitability.
Requests have been received from USK for a substantial financial donation. CDI asked many questions and requested reports and plans from USK to understand the purpose and need for this support and also on the progress of the sales of property to improve the cash flow. Management of USK and chairman of CDI have entered discussions on the progress of the implementation of the plans by the new director.
